Admission
If you or someone you know requires long-term care services, you should contact your local Home Care Coordinator. The Coordinator will arrange a visit with you to assess your personal care needs and if appropriate will present your application to the Assessment Panel. If the Panel decides that you meet the eligibility criteria, your application is then forwarded to the Personal Care Home (PCH) of your choice. If the PCH is able to meet your personal care needs, your name is placed on the waiting list for admission.

Staff works together with residents and their families to determine the desires and care required to maximize the resident’s life-satisfaction. We do this by providing a happy, comfortable homelike environment and promoting a full, active and meaningful life for 100 residents.
